Working Inside a High-Security Environment
Every element — staging, power, seating, crew access — had to be planned against airport security clearance and the terminal's operational schedule. We worked with the authority and security teams on load-in windows, accreditation and equipment clearance so build and rehearsal happened without touching terminal operations.

The ceremonial sequence was built around dignitary protocol — arrival, precedence, unveiling and addresses — with movement planned gate to stage. Dedicated media positions, a managed press enclosure and a clean broadcast audio feed meant national coverage was served without camera crews cutting across the ceremony.
