Conferences That Run to Time
A dense agenda lives or dies at the changeovers. We run speaker arrivals, green room scheduling, briefings and stage hand-offs so panels change over without dead air, and run registration and session flow so the hall is seated before the opening rather than filling through it. Audio is specified for intelligibility and screens for legibility, because a room that cannot follow the content has already failed.
Exhibition Stands That Earn Conversations
Most stands underperform on approachability rather than looks — a design that walls off the aisle or leaves visitors nowhere to stand will lose to a plainer stand people can walk into. We design around visitor flow first, then build in the meeting space a serious commercial conversation actually needs, and fabricate, install and dismantle in house.
Broadcast-Grade When It Matters
Some conferences serve two audiences at once — the room and the feed. Our work includes the India Today State of the State Conclave, where the stage, lighting and vision package had to read correctly on camera while still working for delegates in the hall, with the redundancy a live broadcast requires.
Delegates, Data and Follow-Up
Pre-registration, on-site check-in, badging and seating are planned for peak arrival load, not average. Where the format calls for it we handle streaming and recording, lead capture on the stand, and the post-event handover of delegate data, recordings and feedback — so the event produces something usable afterwards.
