Blue Events delivered the Pune airport terminal inauguration — a ceremonial event delivered inside a live, high-security aviation environment, with senior dignitaries, national media and a schedule fixed by airport operations rather than by the programme.
Production Around Live Airport Operations
Build, rehearsal and de-rig all had to fit inside operational windows agreed with the airport authority. We planned staging, power, seating and crew access against those windows, with equipment clearance and accreditation handled ahead of load-in so nothing held up terminal activity on the day.
Protocol, Dignitaries & Press
The ceremonial sequence followed protocol precisely — arrival order, seating precedence, the unveiling and the addresses — with dignitary movement routed and rehearsed. A managed press enclosure and dedicated broadcast audio feed gave national media clean coverage without crews moving across the ceremonial area.
