An Event Company That Builds and Runs the Whole Thing
Blue Events India designs, produces and delivers corporate events, factory and airport inaugurations, groundbreaking ceremonies, conferences, exhibitions and destination programmes. We are not a booking agency or a staffing supplier — we take the brief, build the event and stand on site while it runs, for clients including Reliance, L&T, JCB, Honda, Sun Pharma, SABIC, ONGC and the Airports Authority of India.
How We Work, and Why
Fifteen Years, 10,000+ Events
Blue Events India started in 2010 and has since produced more than ten thousand events — from board meetings and dealer conferences to airport inaugurations attended by the Prime Minister. That range is deliberate: the same team that runs a fifty-person town hall also runs a plant family day for several thousand.
Built for Difficult Sites
A large part of our work happens where events are not supposed to happen — inside working chemical plants, on port terminals, in live airport buildings and on bare construction ground. Permit-to-work systems, safety induction, gate passes and restricted movement are routine for our crew rather than obstacles discovered mid-build.
One Accountable Team
We do not hand the brief to a chain of subcontractors and hope. Concept, design, fabrication, technical production, logistics, permissions and on-ground delivery are contracted and coordinated by us, with a single point of contact who is on site on the day and available afterwards.
