This ceremony at Kandla Port marked the arrival of India's first blue ammonia cargo — a genuine industry first, and an event where the significance of the moment had to come through in how it was staged. Blue Events delivered the ceremony across protocol, port-side production and media coordination.

Ceremonial Production at a Working Port

A port is an operating environment with its own access control, safety regime and movement restrictions. We planned staging, power, seating and guest routing against those constraints, coordinating with port authorities on clearances and timings so the ceremony fitted around cargo operations rather than competing with them.

Marking an Industry First

Because the milestone itself was the story, the programme and content were built to make it legible — the sequence, the addresses and the screen content all framed what the cargo arrival represented. Media positions and a clean audio feed ensured the coverage carried that message accurately beyond the people present.
