Blue Events delivered the Kirby factory inauguration — the traditional opening rituals, the ribbon-cutting and plaque moment, leadership addresses and a guided facility walkthrough, all produced on an operational industrial site and built around its access and safety constraints.
Opening Ceremony Production
The traditional puja and the corporate programme were designed as one sequence rather than two separate events, giving the morning a single arc. Staging, seating, audio and décor were laid out to keep sightlines clean for guests and photographers while leaving the plant's working access routes clear throughout.
Guest Handling & Site Coordination
We rund guest arrival, hospitality and the marshalled facility tour, with crew briefed on the site's safety requirements before load-in began. Working alongside the plant team on power, access and timings meant the build and the ceremony fitted around the facility's own schedule rather than interrupting it.
