AIS Annual Awards
The AIS Annual Awards is a corporate recognition night built around the people behind the year's results. Blue Events handled the production end to end — concept and stage design, the run-of-show, technical delivery and guest experience — so the leadership team could stay focused on the awards themselves rather than the logistics around them.
Stage Design & Run-of-Show
An awards night lives or dies on pacing. We built a run-of-show that moved cleanly between categories, keeping presenter hand-offs tight and citation reads short, so momentum held from the opening to the final award. The stage set, lighting states and screen content were designed as one system, giving every winner the same considered moment under the lights.
Technical Production & Guest Experience
Our technical team ran audio, lighting, LED content and cueing, with rehearsals scheduled so presenters and AV operators walked the sequence before doors opened. On the floor, registration, seating and hospitality were coordinated by a dedicated crew, keeping arrival smooth and the room settled well before the first award was announced.
