Collabera's awards evening recognises performance across a large, distributed workforce. Blue Events delivered the production: creative direction and stage build, the full technical package, scripting and rehearsal, and the delegate management that keeps an event of this size running to time.
Creative Direction & Set Build
We developed the visual language for the evening — set architecture, lighting design and the screen content that framed each category — and built it to read well both from the back of the room and on camera. The result gave the brand a consistent presence across every photograph and video asset taken on the night.
Delegate Management at Scale
Recognition events bring together people who rarely share a room, so arrival and seating carry real weight. We ran registration, seating plans and hospitality flow with a dedicated on-ground crew, and coordinated the AV, emcee and backstage teams from a single control point so cues landed cleanly through the evening.
