JCB- Annual Day
JCB's Annual Day is a large employee event, which makes crowd flow as important as the show itself. Blue Events produced the day end to end: stage and entertainment programming, the recognition segment, catering coordination and the movement planning that keeps a big audience comfortable from arrival to close.
Stage Programming & Recognition
We built a programme that alternated entertainment with recognition so the room stayed with us across the full running time. The awards segment was scripted and rehearsed to keep citations crisp, and the stage, sound and lighting were specified for the audience size so people at the back had the same experience as those at the front.
Crowd Flow, Catering & Engagement Zones
Large employee events succeed or fail on the parts that happen away from the stage. We planned entry, seating and exit routes to avoid pinch points, coordinated catering service so queues cleared quickly, and positioned engagement and activity zones to spread footfall across the venue rather than concentrating it.
