Our head office is in Alkapuri, so this was a home event. We knew the venue, the vendor bench and the local logistics going in, which meant site visits, permissions and last-minute changes were handled directly by the same people running the event rather than escalated to another city.

The day combined stage entertainment with kids' zones, games and activity areas so families could move between them at their own pace. We planned circulation and exit routes to prevent crowding, supervised the activity areas, and phased catering across several service points to keep queues moving throughout.
